Samantha (Sam) Simpson is a Buffalo, NY-based post production artist who cuts, colors, animates, and composites — handling your project from rough cut to final delivery. Whether it's a short film, a brand spot, or a music video, the goal is always the same: make it unforgettable.
With a BFA in Filmmaking from Champlain College (2023) and an MA in Digital Effects from Bournemouth University (2024), Sam brings both creative instinct and technical depth to every frame. She's particularly drawn to the role post production plays in shaping story, pacing, and visual identity — the invisible craft that makes audiences feel without knowing why.
Currently working as a Video Editor at Bruckman Media, Sam works across a wide range of formats — from podcasts and social content to narrative-driven projects — always with a detail-obsessed, story-first mindset.
Sam is looking for freelance work in any of her four disciplines either locally in Buffalo, NY or remotely worldwide.
